Conditions of Sale/Use
all prices,
unless otherwise specified are inclusive of postage if
required, no discounts for pickup/delivery, we can meet at
an agreed location.
Media/Advertising Usage
I can provide
higher quality Images for use in printed publications.
Typically the images will have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved
as high quality JPG files. File Type and Resolution can be
negotiated.
These Images are
granted a licence for a
ONE TIME USE,
Which means that you can use the image for one type of
publication. If you use the image as part of a printed
advertisement in a magazine, you cannot use the image for
any other Media/Advertising.
Prices can be negotiated depending on intended use, i.e. a
small brochure ad may carry a lower price than an
advertisement in a nationally published magazine.
Images may be
altered if necessary, but you can not offer the altered
image for resale in anyway, this includes as part of a
composite image.
The Media/Advertising Images
CANNOT
be resold.

Digital Files/CD's &
Website
Usage
These files can
be used on
one
domain only (i.e. www.yoursite.com), They can also be used
for
personal
printing.
They
CANNOT
be used for any advertising/marketing/media/commercial use.
If you require the image for this you must purchase an image
for Media/Advertising use.
Images may be altered if necessary, within reason, but you
can not offer the altered image for resale in anyway, this
includes as part of a composite image.
The image files
CANNOT
be resold.
Refund
policy
Digital Files/CD's
No Refunds are offered for images sent by email/downloaded
from my private server.
all CD/Web packages are checked for viruses and image
quality before leaving my possession
No refunds unless the original CD is sent back to me and is
Faulty, I.E. the digital images are corrupt and will not
open.
On a CD If images of more
than one Vehicle is ordered you will be charged an extra $10
per vehicle
E.G.: an order contains images of Two cars from One event
you will be charged $40
On a CD If images of more than one Event is ordered you will
be charged an extra $10 per Event
E.G.: an order contains images of One car from Two events
you will be charged $40
Prints
if you are unhappy with your print please send it back
within 14 working days, in original condition
and if it is faulty E.G.. the colours are incorrect or the
print has faded i will replace it at no cost to you.
All Products for sale are for personal use only and may not
be Duplicated in any way
Return shipping charges are your responsibility
Due to copyright issues,
photos of the V8 Supercars, and some other images, are not
for sale
All prints/digital files come without watermarks, all images
remain copyright
